Information you choose to provide
When you submit an advisor-match request, Semiconductor Wealth collects the employer, planning topic, timing, email address, optional phone number, optional notes and consent information you provide. The form also records the page or guide from which the request was sent.
Please do not submit account numbers, Social Security numbers, tax-identification numbers, passwords, authentication codes, exact account balances or documents through the website.
How advisor-match information is used and shared
Semiconductor Wealth uses the request to respond, understand the planning need and connect the requester with a participating financial advisor who has experience serving employees at the stated employer. Information may be shared with an employer-specialist advisor when appropriate to the request and consent provided.
Website hosting, database and email-delivery providers process information on behalf of Semiconductor Wealth so requests can be stored and delivered. The website itself does not create an advisory relationship or provide individualized financial advice.
Website analytics
Semiconductor Wealth uses Google Analytics to understand website traffic and improve its guides and tools. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers and may collect information such as pages viewed, approximate location, browser and device characteristics, referring pages, link clicks, scrolling and other interactions.
When an advisor-match request is successfully submitted, the site sends a lead event containing the employer category and source page. It does not send the requester’s name, email address, phone number, notes or form-field values to Google Analytics.
Google explains how it uses information from sites that use its services at Google’s partner sites policy. Browser settings and privacy tools may allow visitors to restrict or delete cookies.
Retention and choices
Semiconductor Wealth retains advisor-match information for as long as reasonably needed to respond, make an appropriate introduction, maintain business records and meet legal or operational obligations. Visitors may ask Semiconductor Wealth to review or delete information they previously submitted by replying to a message they received about that request.
Security and policy changes
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect submitted information, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. This policy may be updated as the website, service providers or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
